Depending on the apartment you have booked, key collection must be done at our agency at the address: Carrer Balmes 73 Calella 08370 or, in several accommodations we have a security code.

On the day of your departure you must leave the apartment before 10:00 in the morning.

If you wish to leave after the established schedule, please contact us and we will inform you of the options and prices we have available.

To reserve our tourist accommodations, it is very simple. You can do it through the date selector that you will find on our main page, through the RESERVE button that you will find in each section next to the accommodations, you can also contact us through the contact form or send us an email to icnea.bcnnorthcoast@gmail.com where we will advise you on which accommodation best suits your needs. If you make the payment through the website, you will directly access the payment form.

You can request an invoice by simply sending an email to icnea.bcnnorthcoast@gmail.com or bcncoastrentalsmarketing@gmail.com. Please provide the reservation number, the full name of the person who made the reservation and the reserved dates.

Yes, you can call us during our opening hours and we will be happy to make your reservation over the phone.

You can leave a review through Google, by writing the name of our company Barcelona Coast Rentals Calella or by accessing it directly from a link that we will provide you in the email.

We opted for several accommodations where pets are more than welcome.

All our guests have an emergency number upon arrival, which can be called 24 hours a day. Apart from that, you can also contact us during our office opening hours.

The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to any belongings in the rented accommodation, damage to the property or damage to anything else related to the property, whether caused by themselves or their companions or visitors during their stay. Defects that may be found in the property upon arrival must be reported within 24 hours after entering the home.
